Industry Sessions
WC11 Virtual Congress Industry Sessions
Industry Sessions supported and organized by a sponsor are part of the WC11 Scientific Program. Industry Sessions are planned on Friday 27 August 2021 from 5 PM CEST – 7 PM CEST. and will be open to all congress attendees.
Applications
Applications, as well as the content of the session, must be in line with one of the following themes: Safety, Disease, Innovative Technologies and Ethics and Welfare and will be subject to approval by the WC11 International Scientific Committee. Information presented in Industry Sessions must provide a balanced, objective viewpoint. A maximum of three Industry Sessions is allowed over the course of the congress.

Session Availability
Multiple Industry Sessions slots are available on Friday 27 August 2021 from 5 PM CEST – 7 PM CEST.
Application Fee
The fee per Industry Session is € 4.000 excluding Dutch V.A.T. and is due once the session is approved. The fee includes the inclusion of the session in the WC11 Scientific Program, an acknowledgment in the sponsors' list, 3 complementary tickets, and a virtual breakout room on Friday 27 August 2021 from 5 PM CEST – 7 PM CEST.
Deadlines
The deadline to apply for an Industry Session is July 1, 2021. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Recorded presentations must be uploaded to the WC11 Virtual Platform no later than July 15, 2021.
Session Format
Industry Sessions should consist of 90 minutes of pre-recorded presentations followed by a live Q&A of 30 minutes. The pre-recorded presentations will be shown on the WC11 Virtual Platform on the date and time listed in the confirmation email and immediately followed by a live Q&A period. Sessions will be available on-demand after the congress.
Recording Format
Speakers are asked to record their own PowerPoint presentations within the WC11 Virtual Platform, using their computers and either a built-in or good quality external microphone. Recording instructions will be sent to the session organizers in May 2021.
