Extra extended abstract submission deadline!
Due to the current worldwide situation regarding the spread of COVID-19 and the impact on and cancellations of multiple congresses in our field of work, WC11 has decided to extend their abstract submission deadline until March 31, 2020. This gives the opportunity for speakers from congresses that are cancelled (e.g. ESTIV2020) to submit their abstract at WC11.
Notification of acceptance or rejection is still scheduled to be sent on May 1, 2020 but might be postponed.
Submit your abstract before March 31, 2020 here.

COVID-19 Update WC11
The spread of COVID-19 has raised concerns about international travel, and for some countries has made travel difficult. WC11 is monitoring the reports from the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the current situation regularly, assessing both the circumstances in the Netherlands (currently not a concern) and the complexity, potential risk, and evolving restrictions associated with delegates’ travel to WC11. Arrangements for WC11 in Maastricht, the Netherlands currently remain as planned. If there is any change, we will update this website immediately.
