Important:

When you register, you do not automatically gain access to the WC11 Virtual Event Platform. The organization will have to manually upload your data into the platform after which you will receive an email notification from the platform. As of August 20, 2021, the organization will upload the new participants once a day (around noon).

So please note: if you register after 12 o'clock on a specific day, you can only participate the next day.

 

Payment Methods

All payments must be made in € Euros by credit card (VISA, AMEX and MASTERCARD only cards accepted) or bank transfer. Bank charges are responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.

The registration fee includes:

  • 21% Dutch VAT
  • Access to the WC11 Scientific Program and Virtual Exhibition from 23 August - 2 September 2021
  • Admission to the WC11 'on demand' platform after the Virtual Congres


Confirmation of registration
You should receive a registration confirmation via email when you register online. If you do not receive your confirmation within a few minutes, please check your SPAM box or contact the WC11 Congress Secretariat.

Details on how to access the WC11 Virtual Congress will be provided to all registrants via email a few weeks prior to the congress.

Conditions for cancellation

All cancellations or changes must be sent to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events in writing (e-mail: info@wc11maastricht.org).

All requests for cancellations and/or refunds must be received in writing to Klinkhamer Group | conferences & events by 31 July 2021. These refunds will be processed minus a €50 fee, after the Virtual Congress. Refund requests received after 31 July 2021, will not be processed.

Attendees from Developing Countries

Registrants residing in a developing country are eligible for a reduced registration fee for the WC11 Virtual Congress. Please contact the Congress Secretariat for details.
